Ecclesiastes 9:11 says, "I returned, and saw under the sun, that the race is not for the swift, nor the battle to the strong, neither yet bread to the wise, nor yet riches to men of understanding, nor yet favor to men of skill, BUT TIME AND CHANCE HAPPENETH TO THEM ALL."
As society worldwide pushes into some form of normalcy out of the pandemic, I find myself asking why normal is so important. Was normal good for you?
In the normal world, I see a lot of people with the skill to do a job but can't get a job. In the normal world, I see a lot of wise people who struggle to find food and drink. In the normal world, I see a lot of strong people losing battles. In the normal world, I see a lot of fast people losing races. In the normal world, I see time and chance being the biggest reason a small few can somewhat say they are happy and successful. So why is getting back to normal so important?
